HOW DO I GET THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT?
The keys will be in a safe that you will find in the same portal, where once you have checked-in, you will be given the combination to open it.
HOW DO WE DO THE CHECK-IN?
Check-in will be done through a link that will be provided to you, where you will do it with a few simple steps

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS THAT YOU ACCEPT?
The forms of payment accepted are:
- Bank transfer

- Cash
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you book it through us, you can cancel the reservation whenever you want, if the reservation is made through Booking.com you will have up to 48 hours before you can cancel the reservation
